Founded in 2012, SF Bay Area duo LOAN pairs the revolutionary poetry of Tongo Eisen-Martin with music by multi-instrumentalist Chris Peck the Town Crier. "Blue Phase" is LOAN's second release, and their first full-length album. It features guest appearances by Biko Eisen-Martin, Miriam Speyer and Eli Carlton-Pearson.
